Returns & Refunds Policy

At 3D Printing Academy HUB (3DPA-HUB), we take pride in our high-quality 3D-printed products. Since most of our items are custom-made, we have specific return guidelines.

Can I Return My Order?

We accept returns only in the following cases:
✔️ The item arrives damaged or defective.
✔️ We sent the wrong item due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Custom-made or personalised items (unless defective).
❌ Minor imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process.
❌ Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@3dpa-hub.com with:
   • Your order number
   • A clear photo of the issue
   • A brief description of the problem
2. We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours.
3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Refunds & Replacements

• If eligible, we can offer:
  ✅ A replacement of the same item.
  ✅ A refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

• If the issue is our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
• If you’re returning an item for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
