Returns & Refunds Policy
At 3D Printing Academy HUB (3DPA-HUB), we take pride in our high-quality 3D-printed products. Since most of our items are custom-made, we have specific return guidelines.
Can I Return My Order?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
✔️ The item arrives damaged or defective.
✔️ We sent the wrong item due to an error on our part.
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Custom-made or personalised items (unless defective).
❌ Minor imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process.
❌ Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@3dpa-hub.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of approval.
Refunds & Replacements
- If eligible, we can offer:
✅ A replacement of the same item.
✅ A refund to your original payment method. - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
- If the issue is our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- If you’re returning an item for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
